April is a mother, daughter, sister, maker of shenanigans (yoga and otherwise). She believes that your yoga practice should be taken with the utmost seriousness, but you shouldn't take yourself seriously at all. So, laughing is a great pranayama technique and dancing should be considered asana. With over 15 years in the teaching, practicing, training yoga teachers, she hopes to support her students in learn how to listen again, to their intuition, to their bodies, to their hearts so they can in turn create lives that they don't want to vacation from.

Brittany offers a playful yet practical approach to yoga classes. She loves to bring a sense of curiosity to the mat and believes that we are capable of so much more than we realize. Through a breath focused approach, she aims to help her students discover the power that already lies within. Her goal is to help all her students, at any age or skill level, to move away from their thinking minds and tap into the power and potential of their feeling bodies.
